Giving Thanks!
Today is Thanksgiving in the US. Since most of us are cooking and spending time with family, I thought I’d take a break from my more traditional blog posts today.
Instead I wanted to tell you how grateful I am for you! Thank you for taking the time to read my blog posts, for commenting, and for quilting along with me! Your support means the world to me and my family. You see your support helps me to continue to quilt. Even more importantly it helps me care for my special needs son. Of course, he’s what I am most grateful for today!!
2024 Quilt Along (QAL)
I’ve been thinking that it would be fun to have us interact on a monthly basis. To check in on our quilts, to discuss our progress, to ask questions, and to just socialize.
The problem I am having is that I can’t decide on how we should do this. We could have Facebook live videos in the private group, Quilting with Love From Orlando.
Or I could have a live YouTube video on my Love From Orlando channel.
Or we could even do a Zoom call once a month. Which I think would be more interactive since we could see each other, although turning on your camera would NOT be a requirement. This way, if you would like, you could share your progress with the group, and see the progress of others. I’m thinking this would also be more inspiring!
